Welcome to 2026 from the Birthday Girls
Glenarbon Birthday Girls celebrated their end of year Christmas break-up with Marie at “Jocambe” Limevale.
A big THANK YOU to Marie for a very elegant venue for the 21 ish girls {and Nicolas} who were able to make it. Again there were plenty of apologies as it is a busy time of the year, and plenty of catch-up conversation to get the day underway. The Christmas tree was soon alive with Secret Santa Presents.
When all were settled in, Suzi welcomed everyone, thanked Marie and her helpers then gave a report of the BG’s 2025 activities just to remind us that we do serve a purpose.
Next the Quiz with a difference:- A Mad-Libs group activity. Lots of laughs, queries and furrowed brows. A great, fun activity. Thanks Annie D.
Pressies were given and Carols sung and enjoyed.
Then the photo!! New photographer - same nonsense {not the photographer}.
As the lovely lunch was spread, Val said Grace so we could all “tuck in”. And the nonsense continued, as it does when friends get together.

Dessert! Does eating ever stop at these occasions? Always a lingering exit after a wonderful day.
